Twisters offers an alternative to USAG competitive gymnastics. This program is known as the Mason Dixon League.
It allows gymnasts to compete--but in a recreational league setting. It involves a less rigorous commitment and
less practice time in the gym. It is a less expensive program with optional routines for levels A-D. It is also a
good starting point for 5-year-old Level 4 gymnasts who wish to get a jump start on the competion.
