Our Curriculum covers:

Art
Learn how to paint a flower, an animal or a special scene. In the Arts and Crafts class many different themes are used. Cutting skills and color identification are exercised, and drawing skills are utilized to improve coordination and pre-handwriting. Students use color, texture and shaping for a well-rounded art class.

There will be something to take home every day for students to show their families. Look at our windows as you drive by, Our Teachers Take Great Pride in our hallways that are decorated with all of your child's creative art work

Cooking
Cooking with prepared food and cooking tips you will bring home what you made each day. Measuring, taste testing, mixing, and experimenting with different flavors, tastes and textures. Our teachers have great experience with cooking and you'll love what you prepare and eat.

Science
Does your child like science experiments? Do they like to figure out how things work and why things happen? Observation, hypothesis, graphing the results and the conclusions are what students learn from Joyce in science class. There are a lot of hands on learning for your child to get involved and curious about science experiments and projects

Reading and Writing
Our teachers are trained in phonetic awareness to enhance and expedite your child’s writing skills and phonetic awareness. Each day our curriculum offers flashcards for reading and phonics

Stay on top of your Child's learning through our
frequent, open communication

You can count on daily communications about your child's care, regular updates regarding our educational programs and anytime access to our faculty. Our School's Owners and teachers are available to you every day. And at the end of each day, you'll know about your child's activities, progress that you may want to reinforce at home. Here are the many communications we deliver:

• Daily Activity Reports: Your child's teacher provides curriculum highlights on dry erase boards located outside of every classroom
• Your School's Newsletters: We regularly distribute insights about the classroom, calendar of events monthly. These are put into each child’s Mailbox.
• Our infant toddler department has Daily Infant and Toddler records that are taken every day and gone over with the parent
• Weekly email updates
• Family/Teacher Conferences: Twice a year, teachers share your child's portfolio of art projects, writing samples and Progress Reports.
• Open Houses provide special opportunities for families to participate together in games and activities.
• Open Door Policy: Stop in anytime. We seek your input and suggestions regarding your child's care and our School's activities.
