Mason Dixon Team Champs! Level C and E

We are serious about our commitment to USAG compulsory level 2 to level 6 and optional level 7 to level 10. Our coaching staff understands that gymnastics is an individual sport and each gymnast will be treated with respect as an individual. Our coaches will give each gymnast the appropriate guidance teaching self discipline not only to help the gymnast to succeed in this sport but also in life.

Competition Team Program
We teach the younger gymnasts, how to prepare for a competition both mentally and physically. These are the building blocks that will support a strong foundation in years to come.

We hope the gymnasts will retain their love for the sport that originally motivated them to become gymnasts.
